NEWS: The Board has contacted officials at West Bloomfield Township to advise that the Bloomfield Square Beach north dock is more than 50 ft long and was installed without a permit. Further the Board has contacted officals at West Bloomfield Township to advise that the Bloomfield Square Beach north dock unreasonably extends into the lake in a way that obstructs reasonabe boat traffic in the area of the waterway.
The LPA south dock is installed each pursuant to a permit obtained in the 1986 case of Lone Pine Association v. West Bloomfield Oakland County Case No. 86-311158-CZ. The latest Order in that case was entered on April 28, 1993.
